Wine club members pay for tastings they rarely use, and sharing one with a friend takes emails and phone calls.

Share the Cork verifies your memberships, lets you share a tasting with friends, and has a concierge handle the booking with the winery.

What I did

I was the product manager, on contract. I wrote the specs, ran sprint planning for two engineers, and designed the prototype through five versions. I also made the pitch deck and its design system.

Before we automated the concierge, I tested it with people doing the work by hand. That taught us what members actually asked for before we built any of it.
